MS degree minimum, major in Biology, Biomedicine, Pharmacology.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, delegate when appropriate, meet deadlines, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
Eager and dare to learn with deep and critical thinking.
Carefully, humble, and grounded.
Preferably experience with cell/gene therapy or biologics.
Strong academic records (publications in cellular or molecular biology) .
